1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the reboundq.com website and, unless superseded by a signed agreement, the reboundQ service. By using the site or service you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
reboundQ provides an inbound pipeline system: visitor identification, qualification, nurture, scoring, and SDR handoff, delivered with a managed operations layer and a reporting console. Specific scope, pilot terms, and pricing are confirmed in writing after a signal audit. Demo data shown on this site reflects example accounts, not guarantees of results; live accounts are benchmarked against your own historical baseline.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the service only for lawful B2B outreach, to provide accurate information, to maintain any required notices and consents for data you supply or connect (including CRM data), and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our written consent.
4. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor under your instructions and will enter into a data processing agreement on request.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the reboundQ platform, scoring models, and site content. You retain all rights in your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or your use of the site is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Termination
Pilots and subscriptions run with no lock-in unless agreed otherwise in writing. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice. On termination we will return or delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any signed agreement.
